Alliance is proactive because we know you have better things to do than to double-check every insurance statement you receive. We do that for you. If anything is different, like the rate, we take the time and initiative to shop policies, find the better deal, and call you about it. How do we do it? We invest in a dynamic management system that keeps us current on every detail of your policy, and we have a large staff solely focused on finding the best deal with the best coverage every time.

We offer more. If you have a claim, one of our Service First commitments is that we'll submit your claim the same day and we'll follow up within 24 hours to ensure the adjustor's been assigned, that they have contacted you, and that the claim is progressing as you would like.

We go the extra mile to educate our clients. For example, when a client calls to add a teen driver, we recommend AAA coverage to protect their child from maintenance mishaps, and we also send them teen-driving tips to keep their child safe on the road. We go far beyond the initial sale to make sure our clients are informed, educated and know what we do, why we do it, and why it benefits them.
